Matías Patanian is a prominent Argentine executive with an extensive career in the business world. At 55 years old, Patanian has built a solid and diversified career, backed by his academic training in international trade from the Argentine University of Business. His professional career is closely linked to the business group led by Eduardo Eurnekian, which he joined in May 1991. For more than three decades, Patanian has held key roles in various companies of the conglomerate, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability in different sectors. Initially, Patanian worked in the Purchasing area, working in companies such as UZAL TEXTIL and various entities of Multimedios América, including Cablevisión, América 2, El Cronista Comercial, Pramer, Radio América, Radio del Plata, and Aspen. His career in the multimedia group continued between 1996 and 2001, holding positions such as deputy director of the artistic department, director of the sports department, and manager of special events. Between 2001 and 2003, Patanian expanded his experience in the aviation sector as corporate manager of LAPA AIRLINES. Subsequently, he returned to the Eurnekian group, serving as director of purchasing and contracting for the company from 2003 to 2010. His rise in the corporate hierarchy continued, holding the position of presidential coordinator and director of the new business area from 2010 to 2013. The pinnacle of his career came between 2013 and October 2019, when he served as the company's CEO. Currently, since October 2019, Patanian holds the position of Vice President of AEROPUERTOS ARGENTINA, in addition to being President and Director of several companies of the CORPORACIÓN AMÉRICA Group. His career reflects an ascending and diversified path, ranging from media to airport management, consolidating him as a prominent figure in the Argentine business world.
