ORSNA

It is the Regulatory Body of the National Airport System. It was created in 1997 and also depends on the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation. Its main functions are to ensure compliance with the obligations assumed by Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 in the Concession Contract and to manage the Trust Fund for the Strengthening of the National Airport System.

ANAC

The National Civil Aviation Administration is an organization created in 2007. It depends on the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation. Its main function is to establish regulations related to the control of Civil Aviation in Argentina, particularly regarding operational safety in airports and airspace. It issues Resolutions and documents called 'NOTAMs' (Notice To Airman, Notice to Navigators) through which it establishes, for example, when an airport will be closed (for a specific reason such as an engineering work, etc.) and monitors compliance with these regulations, being able to apply sanctions when applicable.

PSA

The Airport Security Police is a police institution created in 2005. It depends on the Ministry of Security of the Nation, and its main function is to ensure safety at the country's airports. That is, it carries out any actions aimed at preventing or neutralizing any type of crime within the airport environment.

EANA

The Argentine Air Navigation Company is a state-owned company created in 2016. It depends on the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation, and its main function is to provide the so-called 'air navigation' services, that is, all procedures or techniques aimed at ensuring that an aircraft can successfully take off and reach its destination, mainly observing sky conditions, visibility, and airport terrain to inform the pilot of any complications or irregularities detected. They are in charge of the Control Towers at the airports.

JST

The Transportation Safety Board addresses air, railway, maritime, and automotive accidents. It depends on the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation, and its main function is to investigate air accidents, primarily their causes and the parties responsible. Additionally, it can issue recommendations to prevent future accidents.

National Directorate of Migration

It is an agency that depends on the Ministry of the Interior of the Nation. Its main function is to control the entry and exit of people (whether Argentine or foreign) to and from the country.

General Customs Directorate

This organization is part of the AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenue). Its main function is to control all goods or merchandise that enter or leave the country, i.e., the import and export of merchandise or goods. It also enforces the Customs Code in relation to goods entering the country, preventing smuggling, the entry or exit of drugs, and everything that goes against the regulations of the Argentine State.

Intercargo

It is an organization that depends on the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation, whose main function is to provide the so-called 'ramp services,' that is, to provide ground assistance to aircraft from landing to takeoff: towing the aircraft, marshalling, wheel chocks, safety cones, connecting the aircraft to telescopic gangways (boarding bridges), loading and unloading luggage, etc. It provides services to all airlines except Aerolíneas Argentinas (Aerohandling) and American Airlines (American Cargo).

Airlines

They are responsible for transporting passengers and their luggage from one destination to another. The contract between the passenger and the airline is perfected with the issuance of the ticket or air transport ticket, from which all the responsibilities and obligations of each party arise.

Aeropuertos Argentina

The purpose of the concession is the operation, administration, and functioning of the airports that are part of the 'Group A' of the National Airport System, which includes 35 airports. It signs contracts with other actors, such as Concessionaires and Contractors. Aeropuertos Argentina Cargas (formerly TCA) is part of Aeropuertos Argentina.
